This item is handmade and hand cut from scratch including the interior furniture.
The Cabin features:
Leather Sofa with a hand knitted miniature blanket, fireplace with logs, Christmas garland, stockings and a Stag portrait, Christmas tree with Star atop, a modern style kitchen with oven and cooker hood, bed and chest of drawers, it even has lace curtains and carpet.
The exterior is "frosted" on the ground and the roof with irredescent glitter and includes a bare snow frosted tree in the garden with a frozen pond that someone has been skating on!
The piece is set on a log slice approximately 10cm x 6cm
Cabin height stands at 4cm and approximately 6cm including log base.
This item is NOT edible.
This item is NOT a toy and not suitable for young children.
This dollshouse is suitable for display, ornament, great for miniature collectors and is a great gift.

Send items back within: 30 days of delivery.
If you are sending back an item because you no longer want it please ship it back with care, please make sure you use the appropriate level of cover if item is of high value. Items returned damaged due to negligence through no fault of postal services will NOT be refunded.
I don't accept cancellations on custom orders if the order has been agreed 100% so please be sure you are completely happy before the details have been completely agreed.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
All cabins and dollhouses are packed securely in a two box void system to keep them safe in transit.
Postage is insured up to the value of £500 on cabins, for larger items insurance is covered for the amount appropriate to it's value.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, shipping usually takes about 2 days maximum for UK shipping.
Shipping to Europe can take up to a week, shipping to US can take up to 3 weeks. This is dependent on customs and the postal services in your destination.
