SHIPPING INFO
All cabins and dollhouses are packed securely in a two box void system to keep them safe in transit.
Postage is insured up to the value of £500 on cabins, for larger items insurance is covered for the amount appropriate to it's value.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, shipping usually takes about 2 days maximum for UK shipping.
Shipping to Europe can take up to a week, shipping to US can take up to 3 weeks. This is dependent on customs and the postal services in your destination.
You will be sent tracking information if applicable.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges, please contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery.
If you are sending back an item because you no longer want it please ship it back with care, please make sure you use the appropriate level of cover if item is of high value. Items returned damaged due to negligence through no fault of postal services will NOT be refunded.
I don't accept cancellations on custom orders if the order has been agreed 100% so please be sure you are completely happy before the details have been completely agreed.
